Tycorunenergy is a professional lithium-ion battery factory with more than ten years of experience in lithium battery R&D and production. It mainly produces semi-solid lithium batteries, lithium iron phosphate batteries and battery-related products. Ganfeng LiEnergy, a top 5 Chinese battery manufacturer, is our close partner and provides us with professional technical and production support.
TYCORUN is fully responsible for Ganfeng LiEnergy’s international battery business, providing global customers with one-stop battery replacement and battery system solutions. The two parties have cooperated to sell replacement batteries, power batteries, energy storage batteries, etc. to Dubai, Egypt, Thailand, South Africa and other countries and regions. These batteries are widely used in battery replacement stations, electric two-wheeled vehicles, golf carts, electric ships, home energy storage, large-scale industrial and commercial energy storage and other fields, providing stable electricity for various industries.

Battery Pack Assembly Process: From Start to Finish
The battery pack assembly process includes several stages, each with strict standards and inspection requirements:
- Cell Selection and Fixation: A-grade cells are used, and cells with consistent parameters such as voltage and capacity are selected. The cells are then arranged in series and parallel according to the design.
- Welding and BMS Installation:Nickel or copper strips are used as connecting materials, and the positive and negative electrodes of individual cells are connected through spot welding or laser welding techniques. The signal lines of the Battery Management System (BMS) are connected to the positive and negative electrodes of each cell to monitor and protect the entire battery pack.
- Enclosure Assembly and Testing: The battery pack is placed into a specially designed enclosure, and potting technology is applied to provide heat dissipation and shockproof functions. The enclosure is equipped with dustproof and waterproof features. Finally, the battery pack undergoes multiple rigorous tests to ensure high performance and safety.
BMS Design
Customize BMS according to customer requirements, providing fully functional BMS with features such as overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, short-circuit protection, and temperature monitoring.
Production Equipment
Utilize high-precision production equipment such as slicing machines, welding machines, and battery testing instruments.
Assembly Line
Experienced staff can assemble batteries quickly and in a standardized manner.
Aging Test
Simulate battery operation to observe performance degradation, evaluating battery lifespan and reliability.
Battery Storage
Battery products are stored in a temperature-controlled and ventilated environment, with regular inspections to ensure safety and performance.
Product Delivery
TYCORUN has a production capacity of 50,000 battery packs per month, enabling the fast delivery of battery products.
